David Schlesinger was included in the 2026 edition of “Best Lawyers in America.” This is the fifth consecutive year he has been selected for inclusion on this prestigious list. According to Best Lawyers, “recognition by Best Lawyers is based entirely on peer review.” The organization attempts to “capture, as accurately as possible, the consensus opinion of leading lawyers about the professional abilities of their colleagues within the same geographical region and legal practice area.”
David was also recently selected for inclusion in Lawdragon’s list of “500 Leading Civil Rights & Plaintiff Employment Lawyers.” Like his selection for Best Lawyers in America, this is the fifth consecutive time David has been selected for inclusion on this list. According to Lawdragon:
“In almost every instance, a lawyer featured in this guide is recognized because they bring justice to individuals (or groups of them) for harm they have suffered in the fundamental right to work and enjoy a peaceable existence where they are respected and treated fairly.”
